Welcome to Snooker Fantasy Five ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snooker Fantasy Five website and mobile app (the "Service"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. User-Generated Content

The Service lets you create and share content, including chat messages, blog comments, team names, league names, and your display name ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of posting it. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a licence to display it within the Service.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behaviour

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for any content or behaviour that is offensive, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, without limitation:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any person.
• Hate speech or content that attacks or demeans a group or individual.
• Sexually explicit, obscene, or graphically violent material.
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Any other content or conduct a reasonable person would find objectionable.

By using the Service you agree not to post objectionable content or engage in abusive behaviour, and you accept that doing so will result in the removal of your content and the termination of your account.

4. Reporting and Blocking

Every piece of User Content and every user can be reported using the report controls throughout the Service. You can also block any user; once blocked, that user's content is removed from your view immediately and they can no longer interact with you. Reports and blocks are sent to our moderation team for review.

5. Content Moderation & Enforcement

• We filter submitted content against a list of prohibited terms and reject content that breaches it.
• We review every report and will act on objectionable content and abusive users within 24 hours of a report being made.
• Acting on a report includes removing the offending content and ejecting (banning) the user responsible.
• We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.

6. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if you breach these Terms, post objectionable content, or behave abusively. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

7. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where those terms apply, you agree to them in addition to these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
